About the Role

As a Commercial Roofing Superintendent at TalentSphere, you will serve as the on-site authority for commercial roofing projects, driving execution from groundbreaking through final inspection. This is a full-time, in-person position where strong field leadership directly determines project outcomes. A traveling superintendent path is also available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and material deliveries to maintain project momentum
• Enforce safety standards and quality control protocols on the job site
• Communicate progress, risks, and change orders to project management teams
• Resolve field-level challenges quickly to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Mentor and direct roofing crews, setting the tone for workmanship and professionalism

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a superintendent or senior foreman on commercial roofing projects
• Deep working knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation best practices
• Strong ability to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with owners, GCs, and project teams
• Willingness to travel for project assignments when required

Compensation

• Base salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000, commensurate with experience
• Performance-based bonuses
