About the Role

As a Mailroom Delivery Associate at the University of Mary, you will play an essential role in keeping campus communications and logistics running smoothly. This position supports daily operations across the mailroom, print shop, and campus-wide delivery routes, ensuring faculty, staff, and students receive timely and accurate mail and print services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of incoming and outgoing mail processing and distribution across campus
• Perform scheduled and on-demand deliveries to various buildings and departments on the University of Mary campus in Bismarck
• Support print shop operations as needed
• Adapt daily workflow and priorities to meet shifting operational demands
• Provide courteous, professional service to the university community at every interaction

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs regularly
• Clear and effective communication in both written and verbal forms
• Capacity to manage and adjust workload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in a skills demonstration as part of the selection process
