This full-time, on-site Patient Care Coordinator position at The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy in Fairfax, Fairfax County places you at the center of daily clinic operations. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and set a positive tone for each visit
• Manage the full patient journey — from initial evaluation scheduling through discharge coordination
• Handle inbound phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain and update electronic schedules and appointment calendars
• Perform accurate data entry and keep electronic medical records current
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect, post, and process patient payments and deposits
• Maintain organized physical and digital patient charts
• Carry out general administrative duties including faxing and filing

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
• Comfort working with electronic health record (EHR) systems and scheduling software
• Attention to detail in data entry, records management, and payment processing
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Clear and professional phone communication skills
• Prior experience in a medical or physical therapy front-office setting is a plus
