Phone & Order Specialist

Domino's Franchise in West Monroe, Ouachita Parish is hiring a full-time Phone & Order Specialist to serve as the frontline voice of our store — the first point of contact for every customer who calls, walks in, or pulls through the drive-thru.

About the Role

As a Phone & Order Specialist at our West Monroe Domino's Franchise location, you'll own the front-of-store experience from start to finish. You'll be thoroughly trained on our order management system so you can handle every transaction accurately and efficiently — keeping the line moving and customers happy.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, in-store lobby, and drive-thru window
• Navigate the order entry system with speed and precision
• Build orders correctly according to customer specifications
• Complete cash-out procedures accurately for each transaction
• Coordinate order preparation and hand-offs for delivery drivers
• Dispatch drivers in an organized, timely manner to support on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning and operating digital order management screens
• Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
• Prior customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required — full training is provided
