About the Role

As a Retail Merchandise Associate at TJ Maxx in Meridian, you'll keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and shopper-ready. This part-time position is central to delivering the treasure-hunt experience TJX customers count on — from the moment new shipments arrive to the moment merchandise lands in a customer's cart.

What You'll Do

• Unload, sort, and process incoming merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately
• Stock shelves and fixtures, ensuring product is displayed neatly and according to store standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor throughout your shift
• Execute markdowns, price changes, and signage updates as directed
• Assist customers in locating items and answer general product questions with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Support fitting room operations and recover merchandise returned to the floor
• Operate the point-of-sale system at checkout when needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals and maintain a positive work environment
