Graphic Designer – Events

SHI GmbH is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer – Events to join its marketing team in Bee Cave, Travis County, supporting one of the largest IT solutions providers in the world.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be the creative force behind SHI's presence at corporate events, trade shows, and conferences. Working alongside the marketing and events teams, you'll translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences — from large-format booth graphics to polished presentation decks — ensuring every touchpoint is on-brand and production-ready.

What You'll Do

• Design event collateral including signage, banners, stage backdrops, and exhibit booth graphics for trade shows and corporate events
• Develop branded presentation templates, one-pagers, and digital assets that align with SHI's visual identity guidelines
• Collaborate with the events, marketing, and corporate communications teams to gather requirements and deliver assets on deadline
• Prepare and package print-ready files, coordinating with vendors on production specifications and timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritizing workload to meet fast-moving event schedules
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all event materials, both physical and digital
• Contribute to post-event reviews and refine design approaches based on real-world results

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a portfolio that includes event, experiential, or large-format work
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are essential
• Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, and file preparation for large-format output
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy applied to real-world marketing contexts
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate business objectives into effective visual design
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
• A collaborative mindset and clear communication skills when working cross-functionally
• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field is preferred
