Partnership Coordinator

Celsius is hiring a full-time Partnership Coordinator to join its growing team in Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida — one of the most dynamic roles inside one of America's fastest-growing energy drink brands.

About the Role

As a Partnership Coordinator at Celsius, you'll serve as a central point of contact for brand partnership programs, keeping campaigns on track and relationships strong. Working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and creative teams, you'll help bring high-impact collaborations to life from kickoff through final reporting.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with brand partners, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
• Coordinate the execution of partnership agreements, co-marketing initiatives, and sponsorship activations
• Track partnership performance against agreed-upon KPIs and prepare clear, accurate recaps for internal and external audiences
• Maintain organized records of contracts, creative assets, and approval workflows
• Liaise with internal teams — including legal, finance, and brand marketing — to move partnership projects through review and approval processes
• Support the identification and vetting of new partnership opportunities aligned with Celsius brand values
• Assist in the planning and coordination of partner events, product launches, and promotional campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in partnerships, brand marketing, account coordination, or a similar role
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, confident presence
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• A genuine passion for health, fitness, and lifestyle consumer brands
