Project Specialist, Data Integrity

About the Role

As a Project Specialist, Data Integrity, you will be the operational backbone of accurate product information across Jakks Pacific's expansive portfolio of toys and consumer products. Working at the intersection of data governance and cross-functional collaboration, you'll ensure that product records are complete, consistent, and ready to support business decisions at every level of the organization. This is an on-site position based in Venice, Los Angeles County.

What You'll Do

• Own and maintain the integrity of product data across internal systems, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready at all times
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including merchandising, sales, and supply chain teams
• Manage data intake and validation workflows for new product launches, updates, and licensing changes across the full product catalog
• Prepare and submit accurate product content to retail partners, ecommerce platforms, and internal databases
• Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively flagging risks and communicating status updates to relevant teams
• Develop and refine standard operating procedures for data entry, review, and quality control
• Support reporting and analysis by pulling, cleaning, and organizing data sets as needed

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in a data management, project coordination, or operations role — consumer products or toy industry background is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail with a systematic approach to identifying and correcting data errors
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with ERP, PIM, or database systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Clear, professional communication skills for collaborating across departments
• Self-motivated, organized, and energetic — someone who takes ownership and follows through
• Bachelor's degree in business, information management, or a related field preferred
