HR Operational Services Specialist

Apidel Technologies is hiring a full-time HR Operational Services Specialist to join its Human Resources Operations Services Team in Greenville, SC — a hands-on role built for an organized, people-focused HR professional ready to make an impact across North America.

About the Role

As an HR Operational Services Specialist at Apidel Technologies, you will be a core contributor on the HR Operations Services Team, delivering accurate, timely support to employees, managers, and functional leaders across the United States and Canada while partnering with global HR colleagues. Your work will directly shape how the organization experiences its HR function day to day.

What You'll Do

• Process a broad range of HR transactions — new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes — with speed and precision
• Maintain employee data within the HRIS platform, conducting regular audits to uphold data integrity and policy compliance
• Act as a knowledgeable first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR partner
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities in partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent workforce experience
• Produce standard and ad-hoc HR reports that support workforce planning, compliance tracking, and leadership decisions
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment processing and qualifying life event updates
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that strengthen the efficiency and quality of HR service delivery at scale
• Support compliance with applicable employment regulations across US and Canadian operations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in an HR operations, HR shared services, or HR generalist capacity
• Hands-on knowledge of an HRIS platform such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or a comparable system
• Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent track record of handling confidential employee information with discretion
• Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal — for engaging stakeholders at every level of the organization
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with US employment practices; knowledge of Canadian employment law is an advantage
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
