Senior Contract Analyst

VivSoft Technologies is hiring a Senior Contract Analyst to join its federal solutions team on-site in Cimarron Hills, El Paso County (Colorado Springs, CO) — a full-time opportunity with a company dedicated to modernizing government operations through innovative, open technologies.

About the Role

As a Senior Contract Analyst at VivSoft Technologies, you will be a key contributor to the contracting function that supports complex federal programs. You'll manage the full contract lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a trusted partner to program managers, engineers, and leadership alike. This role requires active US citizenship and eligibility for a Public Trust clearance.

What You'll Do

• Administer and manage federal contracts from award through closeout, ensuring all terms and conditions are met
• Review, draft, and negotiate contract modifications, task orders, and subcontract agreements in accordance with FAR and DFARS requirements
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and funding to proactively identify and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with program management, finance, and legal teams to align contract requirements with operational execution
• Maintain complete, accurate contract files and documentation in compliance with federal recordkeeping standards
• Support proposal preparation activities, including review of solicitation requirements and coordination of pricing inputs
• Serve as a subject matter resource on federal acquisition regulations, policies, and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, legal studies, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in federal government contracting, including working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Proven ability to manage multiple contract vehicles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with contract management systems and standard office productivity tools
• NCMA certification (CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM) is a plus
• US citizenship is required; must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
