Delivery Driver

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver with Papa John's in Fishers, you'll be the final — and most important — impression we make on every customer. Beyond driving, you're a brand ambassador who takes pride in on-time, accurate, friendly deliveries. Compensation includes an hourly base rate plus per-mile reimbursement and tips collected at the end of every shift, so your earnings reflect the work you put in each day.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport pizza orders and other menu items to customer locations throughout the Fishers and Hamilton County area
• Verify order accuracy before leaving the store and confirm delivery details at the door
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle in accordance with company and food-safety standards
• Communicate any delivery issues or route delays to in-store team members in a timely manner
• Support store operations during non-delivery periods, including order preparation and customer service tasks

What We're Looking For

• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to navigate local Fishers and Hamilton County roads efficiently — GPS fluency is a plus
• Strong time-management skills and a commitment to punctual deliveries
• Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with customers
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry orders throughout a shift
• Must meet minimum age requirements to operate a motor vehicle for employment
