Dispatcher

Mark Vii Equipment is hiring a Part-Time Dispatcher to join its on-site operations team in Westminster, Adams County — supporting North America's premier car wash system manufacturer at the frontline of customer service and field coordination.

About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you'll serve as the operational hub between customers, service technicians, and management. You'll keep service calls moving efficiently, ensure field teams are routed to the right locations, and deliver the responsive communication that Mark Vii Equipment customers rely on. This is a part-time, on-site position paying $21.00–$24.00 per hour (Non-Exempt).

What You'll Do

• Receive and log incoming service requests from customers and internal teams
• Schedule and dispatch field technicians based on location, availability, and job priority
• Maintain real-time visibility into technician status and adjust routing as conditions change
• Communicate estimated arrival times and job updates to customers and service staff
• Keep accurate records of dispatch activity, work orders, and call outcomes
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate supervisor or department
• Support overall service coordination to minimize downtime for customers' car wash equipment

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or a related coordination role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a calm, professional phone presence
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift throughout the day
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple open requests
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; experience with dispatch or work order software is a plus
• Ability to work independently while staying aligned with a collaborative team
