About the Role

As a Sales Associate III at Kate Spade New York in Folsom, you'll play a central role on the sales floor, connecting customers with a full range of products — from handbags and ready-to-wear to jewelry, footwear, and home accessories. With your experience and product knowledge, you'll help set the tone for the in-store experience and support the broader team in meeting performance goals.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that reflects the Kate Spade New York brand identity
• Drive individual and store sales by building genuine connections with customers and maintaining in-depth product knowledge
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and a well-organized selling floor
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Support new and junior associates through example and day-to-day coaching on the floor
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store environment in alignment with Tapestry's values

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience, ideally in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with customers
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods
• Passion for the Kate Spade New York brand — bold, colorful, and optimistic
