What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers seeking personal loan products and financial services
• Guide applicants through the loan application and approval process from start to finish
• Manage active accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records

• Meet branch performance goals while delivering a consistently positive customer experience
• Support tax preparation services offered through the branch as applicable
