About the Role
As a Field Technician with Cennox in the Goshen area, you'll be the front line of our field services operation — delivering on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance for clients across Elkhart County and surrounding areas. What You'll Do
- Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment at client locations throughout the region
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, minimizing client downtime
- Deliver professional, courteous service that leaves clients confident in Cennox's capabilities
- Accurately document all service activity, parts usage, and site conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch and field leadership to manage your daily schedule and prioritize calls
- Represent Cennox's standards of quality and professionalism at every job site
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a field technician, field service, or related hands-on technical role
- Strong mechanical and/or electronic troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding customer service instincts — you communicate clearly and leave customers reassured
- Ability to work independently in the field while staying aligned with a team-first culture
- Comfort managing a varied daily schedule across multiple client sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Adaptability in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
