What You'll Do

• Oversee all branch operations in Providence, including day-to-day administration, workflow management, and regulatory compliance
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-caliber loan officers and support personnel
• Actively originate loans while coaching your team to grow individual and collective production
• Cultivate referral relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and community partners across Providence County
• Supervise staff performance through regular coaching, goal-setting, and accountability structures
• Represent Mutual of Omaha Mortgage as a trusted lending resource in the local Providence market

What We're Looking For

• A demonstrated track record as a top-producing mortgage originator or branch manager
• Experience recruiting and developing a mortgage sales team
• Comprehensive understanding of residential loan products, underwriting guidelines, and the mortgage process
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, retain, and grow talent
• Active NMLS license in good standing
• Existing knowledge of the Providence, Rhode Island lending landscape is an advantage
