Compliance Senior Manager

About the Role

As Compliance Senior Manager at CRC Group, you will act as an embedded advisor to internal business teams, guiding the development, execution, and ongoing management of compliance programs that keep the organization aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and company policy. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends technical compliance knowledge with cross-functional relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate directly with CRC Group business unit leaders to identify compliance risks and design practical controls that address them
• Build, refine, and oversee compliance programs, policies, and internal procedures to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence
• Monitor evolving federal and state regulatory requirements and assess their operational impact across the organization
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses, translating findings into actionable remediation plans
• Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives tailored to specific business functions
• Investigate potential compliance concerns, document findings, and recommend corrective measures
• Prepare clear, accurate reporting for senior leadership and relevant stakeholders on program status and compliance metrics
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and coordinate responses in partnership with Legal and other functions

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience in a compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management role — ideally within insurance, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage enterprise-level compliance frameworks from the ground up or strengthen existing ones
• Deep working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing insurance or financial products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical guidance
• Proven track record of influencing stakeholders and building trusted partnerships across business lines without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present compliance topics to non-compliance audiences
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as law, business, finance, or risk management; advanced credentials or professional compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) are a plus
