About the Role

As a Treasury Management Associate at Popular, you will serve as a dedicated resource for business clients across South Florida, delivering expert guidance on the bank's suite of commercial deposit and cash flow products. You'll work at the intersection of client service and treasury operations — resolving issues, deepening relationships, and helping business customers get the most out of their banking services.

What You'll Do

• Act as a subject-matter expert on Popular's treasury management product portfolio for business clients, including payment processing, ACH, wire transfers, and remote deposit solutions
• Deliver responsive, professional support to commercial customers, addressing inquiries and resolving service issues to drive retention and satisfaction
• Guide clients through product onboarding, setup, and ongoing utilization to ensure they are fully equipped to manage their business finances
• Partner with relationship managers and branch teams to identify client needs and recommend appropriate treasury solutions
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with bank policies and compliance standards
• Stay current on product updates, regulatory changes, and industry trends relevant to business banking and cash management

What We're Looking For

• Experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or business client services
• Strong working knowledge of cash management products and business deposit services
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot client issues and deliver solutions clearly and professionally
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a client-facing environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus given the Miami-Dade County market
• Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience that supports long-term client loyalty
