Spavia Sandy is seeking a full-time Guest Advisor to join the front desk team at its luxury day spa in Sandy, Salt Lake County, Utah — a role built for people who thrive on genuine human connection and take pride in delivering five-star experiences.

About the Role

As a Guest Advisor at Spavia Sandy, you are the first and last impression every client carries home. You'll blend warm hospitality with confident consultation, guiding guests through the spa's service menu, recommending memberships, and ensuring each visit feels effortless from arrival to checkout. This is a front-of-house, in-spa position — not remote — set inside a serene, beautifully designed environment in Sandy.

What You'll Do

• Welcome arriving guests and create an immediate sense of comfort and luxury at the front desk
• Schedule appointments, manage the booking calendar, and coordinate therapist availability
• Present and promote Spavia's services, packages, and membership programs with enthusiasm and product knowledge
• Guide guests toward membership enrollment by clearly communicating long-term value and benefits
• Process transactions, retail sales, and gift card purchases accurately
• Answer inbound calls and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil front desk and reception area
• Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Proactively resolve guest concerns and turn service moments into loyalty-building opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, personable communicator who genuinely enjoys meeting new people
• Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality — spa or wellness experience is a plus
• Comfortable guiding consultative sales conversations without a high-pressure approach
