About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative with Wallaby Windows of Greater Atlanta, you'll be the face of a locally rooted company with the strength of a respected national brand behind you. This is an in-home, field-based sales position — you'll meet directly with homeowners in the Sandy Springs area to help them find the right window and door replacement solutions for their homes.

What You'll Do

• Travel to homeowner appointments throughout Fulton County and surrounding communities to conduct professional in-home consultations
• Assess each home's needs and present tailored window and door replacement product options
• Walk customers through pricing, product features, and the installation process with clarity and confidence
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners built on trust, transparency, and follow-through
• Pursue warm leads provided by the company while actively developing referral business
• Collaborate with our installation and operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion
• Track activity and progress toward individual sales goals

What We're Looking For

• A proven track record in direct, consultative, or in-home sales — home improvement experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with homeowners
• Self-starter mindset with the discipline to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Comfort discussing product specs, pricing, and project timelines in plain, accessible language
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the Sandy Springs and greater Atlanta area
