About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Gardner-White Furniture in Canton, you'll be at the center of the customer experience — guiding shoppers through one of the region's largest furniture selections and helping them create living spaces they'll love. This is a relationship-first sales role that rewards consultants who listen well, think creatively, and follow through.

What You'll Do

• Develop genuine, lasting connections with customers by understanding their lifestyle, preferences, and budget needs
• Guide shoppers through product options across furniture categories, recommending pieces that suit their taste and space
• Present available purchase options clearly and confidently to help customers make informed decisions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and product features
• Collaborate with floor and support staff to deliver a seamless in-store experience

• A demonstrated record of success in a sales or consultative customer-facing role
