Sales Account Manager

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a driven, full-time Sales Account Manager based in Kalamazoo, Kalamazoo County — a territory-focused field role serving customers across Kalamazoo, Sturgis, and the surrounding communities.

About the Role

This Sales Account Manager position puts you at the center of one of the most recognized beverage distribution operations in the country. Working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a 7 a.m. start, you'll manage existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to grow volume and strengthen brand presence across your assigned local route. Total compensation includes a base salary of $48,000–$60,000 annually, supplemented by a monthly sales incentive program.

What You'll Do

• Own and develop a defined portfolio of retail and foodservice accounts throughout the Kalamazoo and Sturgis areas
• Build lasting partnerships with store-level decision-makers to optimize shelf placement, product variety, and promotional execution
• Implement company sales strategies and ensure brand standards are met consistently at every account
• Identify volume growth opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to buyers and managers
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless order accuracy and on-time service
• Track territory performance metrics and maintain accurate records using internal sales systems

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in a sales, account management, or customer-facing role; beverage or consumer packaged goods experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and rapport
• Highly self-directed — comfortable managing a territory with minimal day-to-day supervision
• Ability to thrive in a physically active, field-based role with an early-morning start
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic proficiency with sales reporting tools and order management platforms
