Access Destination Services is hiring a full-time Sales Manager based in Dallas, Texas to drive new business and grow client relationships for one of the destination management industry's most creative teams.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager with Access Destination Services in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, you'll be the face of the company to corporate clients, meeting planners, and event buyers who are looking for unforgettable destination experiences. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching through proposal, negotiation, and handoff to operations — and you'll be out in the market regularly, meeting clients in person and representing the brand at local events and industry gatherings.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and convert new corporate accounts in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and beyond
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client relationships to maximize retention and repeat business
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations for corporate events, incentive programs, and group experiences
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent Access Destination Services at trade shows, industry events, and client entertainment engagements
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and account activity in the CRM system

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within destination management, hospitality, events, meetings, or travel
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals in a client-facing sales role
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Polished written and verbal communication, including confident proposal and presentation delivery
  • Familiarity with the Dallas–Fort Worth corporate market is a strong plus
  • Comfort with local travel to client sites, venues, and events throughout the DFW area
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business productivity software
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage priorities independently
