Slot Project Coordinator

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is hiring a full-time Slot Project Coordinator to join its gaming operations team at Yaamava' Resort & Casino in Highland, San Bernardino County, California.

About the Role

Reporting to the Slot Performance Supervisor, the Slot Project Coordinator owns the technical and administrative backbone of slot operations — from initial machine configuration through ongoing floor management. This is an on-site position for a detail-driven professional who thrives at the intersection of casino gaming systems, project coordination, and compliance documentation.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain slot machine configuration setups, including game parameters, pay tables, and denomination settings within the gaming management system.
• Set up and administer progressive configurations, ensuring accurate linking, contribution rates, and display integrity across the floor.
• Create, update, and manage slot master entries, keeping system records current and audit-ready at all times.
• Prepare the full documentation package required for slot machine placements, conversions, relocations, and special projects — coordinating across departments to meet compliance and regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret technical specifications, floor layouts, and vendor documentation to support accurate project execution.
• Track slot project timelines, flag scheduling conflicts, and communicate status updates to the Slot Performance Supervisor and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Slot Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to ensure every machine move or conversion is properly authorized and recorded.
• Support vendor coordination for new game installations and equipment upgrades.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in casino slot operations, gaming systems administration, or a closely related technical coordination role.
• Working knowledge of slot machine configuration processes, progressive systems, and gaming management software.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce accurate, complete paperwork under deadline pressure.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking projects and maintaining master records.
• Familiarity with Tribal gaming regulations and Class III gaming compliance requirements is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, machine spec sheets, and technical manuals.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Tribal gaming license.
