CIPP Operator (CDL)

JARBO, an environmental contracting firm based in Shively, Jefferson County, Kentucky, is adding a full-time CIPP Operator (CDL) to its crew serving the greater Louisville metro area with trenchless sewer rehabilitation and pipeline restoration services.

About the Role

As a CIPP Operator at JARBO, you'll work as part of a skilled field crew performing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining installations for municipal and industrial clients across the Louisville, KY region. This is hands-on, field-based work central to JARBO's core mission of extending the life of underground infrastructure without the cost and disruption of open-cut excavation.

What You'll Do

• Install cured-in-place pipe systems during trenchless sewer rehabilitation projects for municipal and industrial customers
• Operate CCTV inspection trucks to assess pipeline conditions before and after liner installation
• Run jet-vacuum combination equipment to clean and prepare host pipes prior to lining
• Operate boiler trucks and related thermal curing equipment throughout the CIPP process
• Collaborate with crew members to safely complete pipeline restoration scopes on schedule
• Follow all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company procedures on every job site
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain accurate equipment logs

What We're Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — required for operating specialized trucks on this crew
• Prior experience in CIPP lining, trenchless pipe rehabilitation, or sewer construction strongly preferred
• Familiarity with CCTV pipeline inspection, jet-vacuum cleaning, or boiler truck operation is a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a crew in varying outdoor conditions and confined-space environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to worksite safety
• Willingness to work in the Shively, Jefferson County area and surrounding Louisville metro communities
