nimble international is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure to join its growing team in the United States, leading the technology backbone that powers revenue cycle management solutions for ambulatory surgery centers, surgical clinics, surgical hospitals, and anesthesia groups nationwide.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure at nimble international, you will own the strategy, stability, and scalability of the enterprise IT environment supporting a fast-moving, tech-enabled healthcare services organization. You will lead a team of infrastructure professionals, drive cross-functional initiatives, and ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and aligned with business growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor an IT infrastructure team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Oversee the design, deployment, and day-to-day operations of network, server, storage, and cloud environments
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect critical healthcare data and operations
- Drive infrastructure roadmap planning, capacity management, and technology refresh cycles
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC 2, and other applicable regulatory and security frameworks relevant to healthcare revenue cycle operations
- Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party service-level agreements
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to align IT infrastructure investments with organizational priorities
- Monitor infrastructure performance, define KPIs, and lead incident response and root-cause analysis efforts
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Deep expertise in on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, virtualization, identity and access management, and endpoint security
- Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure in a healthcare, healthcare IT, or regulated industry environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance requirements and security best practices for organizations handling protected health information
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Proven project management skills with a track record of delivering infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget
