Full Stack Software Developer

Essnova Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Full Stack Software Developer to join its growing team in Washington, D.C., supporting cutting-edge technology initiatives for Federal Government clients.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Developer at Essnova Solutions, you will contribute to a federal program centered on modern application development, cloud technologies, and data integration. You will build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications from the user interface through to the server layer and data tier, working within a mission-driven environment where your code has real-world impact for government customers.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications serving federal agency stakeholders
• Build responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices on the back end
• Integrate data pipelines and services across cloud-hosted and on-premise environments
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms in alignment with federal security requirements
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with architects, DevSecOps engineers, and program stakeholders to deliver production-ready software
• Document technical solutions and contribute to system design discussions

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in full stack software development across front-end and back-end layers
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Strong back-end skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, or.NET
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data integration patterns
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes
• Understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance (US citizenship typically required)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced team
