Kforce Technology Staffing is partnering with a client in the Oshkosh, Winnebago County area to hire a full-time Senior Product Development Engineer who will help drive the execution of a proven product development strategy from concept through launch.
About the Role
As a Senior Product Development Engineer based in Oshkosh, WI, you will own the hands-on execution side of our client's product development process. Working on-site, you will collaborate across the business to keep both current and emerging products moving forward efficiently, reliably, and in line with the company's quality and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out the day-to-day execution activities that support the client's overall product development strategy.
- Partner closely with the Quality, Product Development, Operations, and Commercial teams to align engineering work with broader business objectives.
- Help ensure that established products and newly developed offerings meet defined requirements and standards.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to remove roadblocks and keep development milestones on track.
- Apply senior-level engineering judgment to improve processes, quality, and product outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in product development engineering at a senior or lead level.
- Strong ability to collaborate across quality, operations, commercial, and engineering functions.
- Solid understanding of structured product development processes from concept through release.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills suited to a cross-functional, on-site environment.
- Availability to work full-time on-site in the Oshkosh, Winnebago County area.
