About the Role
As a full-time Maintenance Technician with Loves Travel Stops & Country Store, you'll be the hands-on problem solver who keeps our La Crosse location clean, safe, and fully operational. This is an essential, hands-on position for someone who takes pride in upkeep, fast repairs, and a well-cared-for facility. We are hiring immediately for this on-site role in Mecklenburg County.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and timely repairs across the facility to keep operations running without interruption.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-kept environment for both guests and team members.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment, plumbing, electrical, and general building issues as they arise.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete preventive upkeep on schedule.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures while on duty.
Qualifications
- A practical, hands-on aptitude for repairs and general facility maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to diagnose problems and work independently to resolve them.
