Interim HealthCare Of Ann Arbor is hiring dedicated Weekend Warriors to deliver compassionate in-home care across the Loch Alpine and greater Washtenaw County area. If your weekdays are full but your weekends are free, this Weekend Warrior role lets you turn Saturdays and Sundays into rewarding, well-paid caregiving work.
About the Role
As a Weekend Warrior with Interim HealthCare Of Ann Arbor, you will provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes throughout Loch Alpine, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Milan, and Saline, Michigan. Scheduling is built entirely around the weekend, with shifts offered exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays. You can choose day shifts, evening shifts, or awake overnight shifts, available in both shorter 2–4 hour blocks and longer 8–12 hour blocks to fit your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility in their homes
- Provide attentive companionship and support during day, evening, or awake overnight shifts
- Remain alert and responsive throughout awake overnight assignments
- Follow each client's individual care plan and report changes as needed
- Deliver reliable, respectful care across the Loch Alpine and Washtenaw County service area
Compensation
- Day and evening shifts: $18.00 per hour
- Awake overnight shifts: $20.00 per hour
- Flexible weekend scheduling that lets you set shifts around your own life
Qualifications
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to quality in-home care
- Availability to work Saturday and/or Sunday shifts
- Dependability and the ability to follow a client's care plan
- Reliable transportation to reach clients across Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Milan, and Saline
