SSVF Case Manager Supervisor –Panhandle Region

Recovery Resource Council is seeking a dedicated and detail-driven SSVF Case Manager Supervisor to lead supportive services for Veterans across the Panhandle Region in Amarillo, Potter County, Texas.

About the Role

As the SSVF Case Manager Supervisor in Amarillo, you will guide a team focused on helping Veterans who are experiencing homelessness or facing the immediate threat of losing stable housing. This full-time, on-site position calls for someone who is compassionate, organized, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities while delivering meaningful outcomes for those who have served our country.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of case managers serving Veterans throughout the Panhandle Region.
• Coordinate housing-focused case management for Veterans who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.
• Monitor case files, documentation, and program activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage a range of competing tasks and responsibilities with consistency and care.
• Connect Veterans and their families with community resources and stabilizing services.

Qualifications

• Capacity to work independently while supervising and supporting a team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• A conscientious, empathetic approach to working with Veterans in vulnerable circumstances.
• Relevant knowledge and competencies aligned with case management and supportive services for the homeless.
