Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Greyhound motorcoach safely and responsibly along assigned intercity routes.
- Deliver a courteous, welcoming, and efficient travel experience for every passenger.
- Keep to published schedules while prioritizing safety and on-time performance.
- Assist riders with boarding, seating, and general questions throughout their journey.
- Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any concerns.
- Comply with all federal, state, and company transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the appropriate passenger endorsements.
- A strong commitment to passenger safety and dependable, on-time service.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a service-focused team.
- Willingness to drive intercity routes across the United States.
