Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor oil and gas wells, including flowing wells and beam pump systems equipped with electronic pump controls.
• Perform routine well testing and record accurate production measurements.
• Inspect, operate, and maintain field equipment, facilities, and surface installations.
• Conduct ongoing surveillance of general field operations to identify and address issues early.
• Maintain and update production and operations databases with current, accurate data.
• Respond to non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours as operational needs arise.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of oil and gas well operations and production field equipment.
• Familiarity with well types such as flowing wells and electronically controlled beam pump systems.
• Comfort with data entry and maintaining production and operations records.
• Willingness to work night shifts and remain on call for after-hours callouts.
