About the Role

As an Analyst, Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) at LUMA Energy, you will study complex datasets and convert them into actionable insight that informs regulatory decisions. Working from a US-based, in-office position, you will track changes in the regulatory environment, build supporting documentation, and partner with colleagues and outside stakeholders to satisfy continually evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret large, complex data sets and distill them into clear, decision-ready findings that guide regulatory strategy and compliance.
  • Author regulatory filings, formal communications, deposition materials, and responses to information requests, beginning with thorough preliminary analysis.
  • Track developments in applicable rules and regulations, flagging impacts that affect company obligations.
  • Assemble reports, filings, and related documentation that meet established deadlines and standards.
  • Coordinate across internal departments and with external partners to align on requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability, with experience translating raw data into concise, persuasive insights.
  • Skilled in clear, accurate written communication suitable for regulatory and legal audiences.
  • Familiarity with regulatory monitoring, compliance, or integrated resource planning within the energy or utility sector is highly valued.
  • Collaborative working style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet filing deadlines.
  • Comfortable operating in an on-site, US-based role.
