As a Screening Security Officer in Sterling, you serve as the first line of defense at a client location, managing entry points and keeping the environment safe and orderly. Key Responsibilities

• Control access at entrances and screening checkpoints, verifying credentials and authorizing entry per established protocols.
• Watch for unusual activity, deter theft, and support loss prevention across the property.

• Document observations, write clear and accurate reports, and log safety or security events as they occur.
