Landlord Community Representative

Quadel Consulting & Training is hiring a full-time Landlord Community Representative in Miami, Miami-Dade County to build lasting relationships between property owners and the families our programs support. About the Role

As a Landlord Community Representative with Quadel Consulting & Training, you will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable bridge between landlords and the communities we serve across Miami-Dade County. Working on-site in Miami, you will cultivate partnerships, support property owners through our processes, and help advance Quadel's mission of expanding access to quality housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with landlords and property owners throughout Miami-Dade County.
• Act as a primary point of contact, answering questions and guiding landlords through program participation.
• Promote landlord engagement and recruit new property partners to broaden housing options for the community.
• Coordinate with internal teams and community stakeholders to resolve concerns and keep partnerships running smoothly.
• Represent Quadel professionally at community meetings, outreach events, and landlord interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to serving people and communities.
• Comfort building rapport with property owners and working collaboratively across diverse groups.
• Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in Miami, Miami-Dade County.
• Experience in community relations, housing, property management, or a related field is an asset.
