About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant based on-site in Heathridge, Kaufman County, you will guide prospective renters through every step of the leasing journey, from first inquiry to move-in day. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will play a central part in driving occupancy, building resident relationships, and representing Sunridge Management's standards within the multifamily property management industry. This position requires availability on weekends and holidays, when leasing activity is often at its busiest.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, conduct community and apartment tours, and showcase available units to prospective residents.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person, converting interest into signed leases.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, applications, and related documentation with accuracy.
• Support resident retention by addressing questions and helping ensure a positive living experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of availability, pricing, and community features.
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and on-site team to meet occupancy and leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Comfort working on-site in Heathridge, Kaufman County, with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects and tasks at once.
