About the Role
As the RWD Engagement Director at Norstella, you will own client-facing engagement built around real-world data (RWD) and real-world evidence. Based on-site in Springfield, Sangamon County, this full-time position sits at the intersection of strategic consulting, life sciences expertise, and data-driven storytelling, partnering with stakeholders to turn complex healthcare data into actionable answers.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end engagement strategy for real-world data initiatives, from scoping through final delivery.
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with clients across the pharmaceutical and life sciences landscape.
- Translate RWD analytics into clear recommendations that inform critical strategic and commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions that improve patient access.
- Act as a subject-matter resource on real-world evidence methods, applications, and value.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading client engagements involving real-world data or healthcare analytics.
- Strong command of the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or broader healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of guiding strategic projects to successful outcomes.
- Availability to work full-time and on-site in Springfield, Sangamon County.
