About the Role
As an Event Manager at One10, you'll own the planning and execution of memorable events from concept through completion. This is a US-based, on-site full-time position where your organizational skill, creativity, and steady leadership directly shape how our solutions and recognition programs come to life for clients and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events end to end, keeping every detail aligned with goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and venues to ensure flawless on-site delivery.
- Translate client objectives into engaging, well-run event experiences.
- Track logistics, troubleshoot issues in real time, and keep stakeholders informed throughout each project.
- Review event outcomes and apply learnings to continuously raise the bar.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing events or comparable end-to-end project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities and deadlines without losing momentum.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for delivering quality work.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site within the US.
