Field Material Coordinator

About the Role

As a Field Material Coordinator with Bechtel Corporation in Ogden, Weber County, you will play a hands-on part in delivering complex infrastructure projects. This is a full-time, office- and project-based position that puts you at the heart of material flow on site, ensuring crews have the right equipment and supplies when and where they need them. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials and equipment across the project site.
• Track inventory levels and reconcile material records to keep field operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and field teams to align deliveries with project schedules.
• Support timely material availability so construction milestones are met without delay.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for materials handled on the project.

Qualifications

• Eligibility and willingness to work full-time from the office and project location in Ogden, UT.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking materials and inventory.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional construction and supply teams.
• Comfortable working on an active project site within a large, fast-paced engineering environment.
