About the Role
As a Principal Analyst — Enterprise CX Transformation at Forrester Research, you will become a recognized authority on how large organizations reimagine and modernize their customer experience. Based in the US, you will translate market signals into clear, decision-ready guidance, partnering with senior leaders who rely on Forrester for trusted, forward-looking insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research into enterprise customer experience strategy, operating models, and transformation programs.
- Publish authoritative reports, frameworks, and points of view that anticipate emerging CX trends.
- Advise business and technology executives on mission-critical CX decisions through briefings, inquiries, and consulting engagements.
- Represent Forrester as a thought leader at client events, webinars, and industry forums.
- Collaborate across analyst teams to ensure research reflects rigorous, client-focused perspectives.
Qualifications
- Deep, demonstrable expertise in enterprise customer experience and large-scale CX transformation.
- Proven ability to turn complex market dynamics into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience advising senior stakeholders.
- A naturally curious mindset and a commitment to producing work that serves clients with integrity.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the US.
