About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal at Farah & Farah, you will work side by side with our personal injury attorneys, providing essential litigation support from intake through resolution. This Jacksonville-based position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can confidently juggle several active cases at once.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys throughout each stage of personal injury litigation, from case preparation to trial readiness.
- Manage and maintain multiple case files simultaneously, ensuring documents, deadlines, and records stay accurate and current.
- Draft, organize, and process legal documents related to personal injury claims and lawsuits.
- Coordinate discovery, gather records, and keep case timelines on track.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties to keep matters progressing smoothly.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience working as a paralegal within personal injury litigation.
- Solid working knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven capacity to prioritize and handle several cases at the same time.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus a collaborative, team-first mindset.
