Mat Pilates Instructor

Kinema Fitness is hiring a full-time Mat Pilates Instructor to lead on-site group fitness classes for corporate clients in Downtown Boston, Suffolk County — bringing expert-level instruction directly to the workplace.

About the Role

As a Mat Pilates Instructor with Kinema Fitness, you'll be the face of a premium corporate wellness program, delivering energetic and results-driven mat Pilates sessions to employees at a corporate site in Downtown Boston. This is an in-person, full-time position that puts you at the center of a growing national wellness movement.

What You'll Do

• Design and teach structured mat Pilates classes tailored to a corporate group fitness environment
• Provide clear, confident cueing and real-time form corrections to participants of all fitness levels
• Foster a welcoming, high-energy class atmosphere that keeps participants motivated and coming back
• Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate varying ability levels safely
• Represent Kinema Fitness with professionalism and enthusiasm at every session
• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate participant feedback to the Kinema team

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience teaching mat Pilates in a group fitness or corporate wellness setting
• Nationally recognized mat Pilates certification (e.g., BASI, Peak Pilates, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Commanding presence and the ability to hold the attention of a diverse group
• Excellent verbal communication skills — clear, encouraging, and professional
• Genuine enthusiasm for health, movement, and helping others reach their fitness goals
• Reliability and strong time management — corporate clients depend on consistent, punctual instruction
