What You'll Do

• Execute scratch-made menu items from the grill and line stations with speed and precision
• Maintain station setup, cleanliness, and organization throughout every shift
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and plating specifications on every plate
• Manage prep, cooking, and breakdown for your assigned station efficiently
• Communicate clearly with expo, front-of-house, and fellow kitchen team members during service
• Uphold food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards at all times
• Sustain quality and energy through high-volume rushes without compromising standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience working a line or grill station in a full-service or high-volume kitchen
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure and manage multiple tickets at once
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling practices
• A reliable, team-first attitude and a genuine commitment to quality
• Comfort working with scratch recipes rather than pre-prepped or frozen shortcuts
• Availability that aligns with restaurant service hours, including nights and weekends
