EL Assistant Manager

What You'll Do

• Partner with the General Manager to direct day-to-day restaurant operations across all shifts
• Lead, schedule, and develop hourly team members to consistently perform at their best
• Deliver and model a high standard of guest service on every visit
• Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Monitor shift-level performance metrics and support the restaurant's financial goals
• Step in as the senior leader on duty whenever the General Manager is unavailable
• Identify coaching and training opportunities to build a stronger, more capable team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both guests and employees
