What You'll Do

• Oversee crew members during your shift, providing direction, coaching, and accountability

• Monitor food prep and service areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, reinforcing a culture of hospitality
• Support inventory management, product stocking, and equipment checks during your shift
• Step in wherever needed on the floor to maintain team momentum and service pace

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or customer-facing environment — especially in a lead or supervisory capacity — is a plus
• Genuine leadership presence: you motivate teammates and hold yourself to a high standard
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Clear, professional communicator with both guests and team members
