Front Desk Teammate – Hulen

Fitness Connection is looking for a motivated, people-first Front Desk Teammate to join the hospitality team at the Hulen location in Benbrook, Tarrant County on a part-time basis.

What You'll Do

• Greet every member and guest warmly, ensuring each person feels seen and valued from the moment they arrive
• Check members in efficiently and accurately using the club's management system
• Answer incoming calls and respond to member questions in a knowledgeable, courteous manner
• Guide prospective members through the facility and communicate the value of a Fitness Connection membership
• Process membership agreements, upgrades, and account updates with attention to detail
• Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and professional at all times
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to support a smooth, positive club experience
• Address member concerns on the spot or escalate to management when appropriate

What We're Looking For

• A genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills — you're comfortable talking with anyone
• A reliable, punctual work ethic and a positive attitude under pressure
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning internal software
• Prior customer service, hospitality, or retail experience is a plus but not required
