D2S Personel Hire is seeking a full-time Professor(a) EAD to join its academic team in the US, contributing to the growth and quality of its distance learning programs in the Business and Management field.
About the Role
As a Professor(a) EAD at D2S Personel Hire, you will play a central role in shaping the educational journey of students enrolled in online Business and Management courses. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on delivering rigorous, market-relevant instruction through a distance learning format — combining content production, live instruction, and ongoing student support.
What You'll Do
- Drive the academic development of students across Business and Management distance learning programs
- Design, develop, and continuously refine instructional materials suited to an online learning environment
- Record video lessons and multimedia content aligned with established course curricula
- Facilitate live virtual sessions, webinars, and synchronous learning events
- Advise and monitor student progress through teaching, research, and extension projects
- Contribute to the technical and strategic education of students preparing to enter or advance in the workforce
- Collaborate with the broader academic team to ensure course quality, coherence, and compliance with educational standards
- Participate in curriculum review cycles to keep content current with industry trends and market demands
What We're Looking For
- Academic background in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline
- Graduate degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred) in a relevant field
- Prior experience teaching in EAD (distance learning / online education) environments
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital instructional tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners remotely
- Ability to produce clear, well-structured written content and recorded instructional media
- Commitment to student success and continuous improvement of course materials
