About the Role

As an Automotive Yard Worker and Fluid Tech, you'll be the first step in getting vehicles ready for our self-service yard. Working outside in the yard each day, you'll safely drain and extract vehicle fluids and pull components so that cars are prepped, organized, and accessible to our customers. This is physical, purposeful work that keeps our operation running and our customers' vehicles back on the road.

What You'll Do

• Drain all vehicle fluids — including motor oil, coolant, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and power steering fluid — prior to yard placement
• Remove batteries, catalytic converters, and other components as part of the vehicle preparation process
• Pull and stage additional parts from incoming vehicles in a safe, efficient manner
• Handle and store drained fluids in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
• Use hand tools and equipment to complete fluid extraction and parts removal tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the yard
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily yard preparation goals

What We're Looking For

• Comfort working outdoors full-time in varying weather conditions
• Physical capability to bend, lift, and stay on your feet throughout a full shift
• Familiarity with basic automotive systems and vehicle components is a plus
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental compliance
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to contribute as part of a team
• No prior automotive industry experience required — a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic matter most
