Lead Director – Strategic Planning

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
• Significant progressive experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale planning processes in a complex, matrixed organization
• Strong command of quantitative and qualitative analysis, with the ability to distill findings into compelling narratives
• Healthcare industry knowledge — understanding of payer, pharmacy, or care delivery dynamics is a meaningful advantage
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven executive presence
• Collaborative leadership style and track record of influencing without direct authority
